FEES

Full Table: $40.00(USD)
The vendor receives a standard banquet table (6’ x 3’ x 30”H), one chair, and one Convention Event Pass.
Additional chairs may be requested on-site, the day of the event.
Additional Dealer Helper pass will be $10.00 per pass.

RESERVATIONS

LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE – First Come, First-Served Basis

To reserve your table, submit total payment to NJCC upon space reservation. Space will NOT be reserved without payment & final confirmation via emai. Table space is first come – first served. Payment with reservation insures your table space. In the event of cancellation, your funds will be returned, less a $20 administrative fee, if cancellation in writing is received by NJCC (mailed or emailed to: fran@njcc.co) before/by Sept. 1, 2011. After that date, no refunds will be possible. NJCC reserves the right to accept/deny the registration of any participant.

VENDOR HOURS SCHEDULE

Sunday, October 9th
• 5:00am – 8:00am Vendor Set-up
• 8:00am – 10:00am Early Admission
• 10:00am – 4:00pm Regular Admission
• 4:00pm – 5:30pm Vendor Break-down

CONVENTION THEME and AESTHETICS

The consumer theme for the 2012 convention is always “GI JOE vs TRANSFORMERS.” Dealers should, to the best of their ability, display at least 50% of their merchandise in GI JOE and/or TRANSFORMERS product. Also 80′s is also a sub theme for the NJCC show dates.

Tables and chairs will be provided. Tables are standard banquet size, 6’ x 3’ x 30”H. Tables will be draped in white a tablecloth. Vendors should plan to bring suitable signage if desired. Table top or draped banner signage (across the front of tables) will be permitted. Merchandise, Signage or displays may not be placed on walls.

COMFORT
There are numerous New Jersey restaurants to fit all tastes either onsite or nearby. Enjoy Red Hot & Blue onsite or choose one of the nearby restaurants in NJ.
